Question about Euro-Pro Shark GI490 Iron
In error I misplaced the registration card. I was so happy with this iron. Then as I entered the 3rd week every time I used it water poured out of the vents. The iron kept cutting off. I could only use it as a dry iron. I don't like the way the clothes look without the steam. I went back to Walmart and bought another iron just like it. This time I filled out the registration card as soon as I got home and mailed it the next morning. So far the new iron is working fine, but I've only had it one week. If it continues to work like it is now, it will be the best iron I have ever owned. Keeping my fingers crossed.
WalMart would have replaced it with or without a receipt for an identical priced product. You can take the bad one back with the receipt and ask for a refund, provided they ARE identical. The barcode is scanned onto the receipt.
