Question about Verizon Communications BlackBerry Pearl 8130 Cell Phone - Silver
Have you registered your blackberry on your carriers blackberry regestration site yet....if so, you will need to resend your "service books" and then turn off your device, take the battery out, put everything back together and everything should be there...if not hit your "menu" button (the one with the little dots beside your green call button) and select show all....your icons should then be there.
If your network carrier is att....go to this website (www.att.com/blackberrystart) to register your blackberry and send your service books to your phone. You will need your IMEI and PIN to register your device on this account..you can find them both by going to your "home screen" (where all your icons are at, select on the "settings" icon, then "options" icon, then go to "status" and then scroll down to your IMEI and PIN.
