Question about HP Officejet 5610 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have an HP Officejet 5610 printer and had my cartridges refilled on when I put in the color one, I'm getting an error.....This cartridge is not intended for this printer. It is the exact one I took out.
I have followed the instructions as to how to reset my printer but, am still getting the same error code. Any suggestions?
This might not be the solution but a good tip.
If there is a contact surface on the cartridge make sure
there is no dirt or fingerprints on the contact surfaces.
Sometimes the simplest thing could be the answer.
