Paper jam in the upper chamber of a minolta Di351f

I just inherited a minolta Di351f and the screen says that there is a paper jam. I can find the sensor. Any help available for this would be greatly appreciated.

I HAVE A MINOLTA Di200f/Di251f/Di351f ERROR CODE CO500

First check the right side cover where the image unit is located. Check the two latches that latch the door are not broken especially the rear one. Then get a paper clip and stick the clip in the small hole on the right side of the control panel it will touch a switch. The control panel will go thru some screens when you see the screen with copiers on it on the left side of the screen in the middle you will see a small "." when dot appears touch 3 button. Then the machine will continue to the code screen. Press the utility button should see a new button "Maintenance Mode" touch it then touch trouble reset. The machine will again go thru screens will see the"." again do nothing. Should go ready to Copy. If the code comes back do not reset you are messing with the Fuser the Hot part continue reset without a technician looking at and or replacing it can catch on fire that would ruin a perfectly good day

Di351f. Can not print over the network.

I am confused. If you can see the printer via the web browser and you can print a window's test page you are all set up and ready to print. There should be no problem printing as long as you have that printer selected as the default printer and it is selected in whatever program you are printing from. What do you mean by "straight over the network"

I have a Minolta Di351f. It indicates code CO500. This occurred after a power outage last night. What should I do to restore proper operation? Thanks.

Look on the right side of the control panel, just in front of the display contrast slider adjustment, and you will see a small hole. Using a paper clip or similar pointy instrument, press the pushbutton switch in that hole.

The machine will go into warmup mode. When you see a small dot centered on the left side of the touchscreen display, press "3" on the keypad. This will take you to the initial mode screen, where you will see "Trouble Reset" on the touchscreen. Press it.

If the C0500 code comes back in about 60 seconds, it means that you do indeed actually have a problem with the heater lamp not coming on, possibly a blown lamp or thermal fuse.
