Problem for Sony Mavica MVC-FD85 Digital Camera

Can not put 3.5"disk into my FD85

When I hold the eject down and put the disc into place, it still says "no disk". Also the disk will not eject! I have about 50 disks full of pics and I like the camera. What do you suggest. phil

This is an old model of Sony Movica and you can copy all floppy disk pictures in computer.

In your camera floppy drive is defective and requires replacement but floppy drive of MVC-FD85 is not available any more. So bet a new digital camera and think MVC-FD85 is history now.

tritronics/encompass stil has them available i think
Part number is 1-772-563-11. They are 82.12 each though
