Fault with the main power supply regulator board. Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. As you do not give any model number the answer will be of a general nature. If it has 3 different crt tubes inside then the fault is with the convergance board or setting. this is not a job for the general public and should be looked at by a competant service engineer.
