Connect the phone to a computer, remove the memory card (if one is in) and sim card and use the SEUS (Sony Ericsson Update Service) program to try an update on the phone. (you can just search SEUS on google to download), follow the instructions and see if that helps. If not, turn the phone off, hold the 2+5 keys, plug in the USB and wait 15 seconds while still holding 2+5. Once this is done (you will not see any notification on your phone so count to 15) remove the USB, remove and reinsert the battery and power it on. Either of those methods should reset the phone, but recommend attempting the SEUS method first. The 2+5 keys is only intended to be accessed by phone engineers. But just so you know in future, don't click Factory setting next time, click master reset. This will remove everything barring what is on your memory card and sim card.

Have you tried
settings/calls-divert calls-deactivate all
or try master reset?
If you are doing a master reset make sure you write down any info in the phone you might need that is not on the memory card otherwise you might lose it all
if none of these work take it back to where you bought it if its still under warranty
best thing to do is get in touch with your network provider and ask them for the p.u.k. code they will issue you one for free to unlock the phone, it wants a puk code because the hand set code was inputted wrong to many times thats all.
Once it's in camera mode, you should have a "Settings" option (bottom button, closest to screen when holding the phone in camera mode). Under that, you should be able to scroll along to 'Turn on Self-Timer'. Once turned on, you have about 10-15 seconds once you press the shutter before it takes a picture.
If you're not getting the option to Turn on the timer, it might be the Shoot Mode your in (some options disappear depending on the mode you've selected). Self-Timer is at least under "Normal" mode.
