Question about Kodak EasyShare SV811 (8858946) Digital Picture Frame

1 Answer

Can not add pictures to Kodak

I downloaded Kodak Easy Share sv811 on my Macintosh OS X 10.5.6. When opened the  program called "untitled" I removed their pictures and put in mine.  It only took 15 pictures to Kodak.  I tried to put in more, I tried to erase and put in more, I tried reading everything and I cannot add anymore pictures.  The price of this certainly just let me have 15 pictures.  My family is not excited. Please, please, please help meJust directions on how to do it.  I normally make DVD's, YouTube, gallery  so why can't I do a simple iPhoto to Kodak.Thank you

To get a good start, you reformat the frame's internal memory by following the steps below: 1. Click on the "Macintosh HD" icon. 2. Click on "Applications". 3. Click on "Utilities". 4. Click on "Disk Utility". 5. "Kodak" drive should be in the list showing a white drive icon 6. Click that icon and select “Erase”. 7. Select the “MS-DOS file system (FAT16)” option and give it a volume name e.g. "Kodak". The format will begin when you click the “Erase” button below. 8. Try to copy the files to the re-formatted internal memory of the frame. 1. Forget about using any software. Once you connected your frame onto your Macintosh, it will appear as a white drive icon on the desktop. You can copy pictures “drag and drop” from iPhoto to the frame. Just make sure that the pictures you will be copying are in JPEG or EXIF format.
