Re: not able to log onto profile
Hi there The operating system is damaged beyond repair, the virus2009 is a Win32 trojan virus which has ravaged the windows directory folder, whatever you try to do now nothing will work, the only option you have now is to recover the system with a recovery or windows installation CD/DVD this does mean you will loose all the data from c drive unless you plug it up to another computer as a slave and recover your data before reinstall.

Try booting into Safe Mode and logging onto the Administrator profile. Have the pc turned off, turn it on and keep tapping the F8 key until you get a black screen with different bootup options. Choose "Safe Mode" and now you will see the hidden Administrator account. Log into that, click "Yes" on the pop-up window and then click "Start" and then "Control Pannel". Go to the User accounts. Locate the profile with the bad password and then click to "Remove Password". After that is done reboot the pc again normaly and now you can log into that profile you want.
In my opinion, A good anti-virus is AVAST.A good spyware program is Spybot.Malware I recommend Malwarebytes. 1. Scan your computer with Spybot then restart, 2. Now scan your computer with Malwarebytes and delete whatever comes up. restart 3. Now try scanning your computer with the anti-virus protection. Hopefully this would of remove some of the viruses and spyware. Read below for more information. And for a good Price too........Free. Helpful Free Software below Read On. If you find any of this helpful, pls rate me. !
FREE SPYWARE Download Spybot Search & Destroy. Restart computer, then run Spybot to see what spyware comes up, AND DELET IT.
FYI---Virus Protection-- 2 programs of virus protection will conflict with each other and will actually cancel out the protection. SO just download one.
Running Spybot Search & Destroy with EITHER Avast or Avg (great Free virus protection programs ) will keep a computer in good working condition. FREE
There are alot of $ anti-virus and Internet security programs out there-ie: Norton, McAfee, Panda, Bitdefender. If you would like to pay $ then get ***Kaspersky***-- 2010 , I feel that is the best for your money.
REMEMBER TO KEEP UP THE DAILY MAINTENANCE ON ALL OF YOUR COMPUTERS.! Last Resort, would be a Reformat.Use your recovery Cd's. Viruses normally corrupt your computer. You probably will need to do a Reformat. Be sure and do a Back-up First., because you will loose everything.Restore will not remove Viruses.Best way would be Reformat. If you know how to do a back-up, save all your documents, pictures and music. If not take it to a reputable computer shop to take of this. There will be a slight charge, but they will save all your important data. If you find this information helpful, pls rate me. Good Luck. Thanks :0)
This problem usually occur due to soft booting the machine (reset) and then it could not restart. Usually after the xp
logo screen u can only got the parser message: string table not found '42'
at line 462. (which is a registery sincronization error (r,sint)). Click the ok button many
times and your machine will boot up. Then go to control panel, user accounts, create new account.
soft boot your machine again log onto new account and delete all files
found in file search with stylexp and tgtsoft in them. Tthen log
off and restart and log on as usual user (p.s. administrater
privalidges required on both) and delete the new logon account. Hope this will fix the problem, otherwise you have to format your hard disc and reinstall your OS.
What is your email provider (like hotmail, yahoo, etc), and what program are you using to get mail? (windows live, outlook, outlook express?)
Have you tried accessing your mailbox directly from a browser window and logging into the provider website? You'll be able to check your password access that way...
Give us some more details and we might be able to answer better...
If you're using outlook, I think I fixed that issue once but it took some searching, and reappeared after awhile...you may have a corrupt user profile or mail profile and need to make a new one...
Let us know....
The user profile seems to have corrupted. The account that you log into is corrupt now may be due to incompatencies or incompatibility or may be a virus or a spyware. Alternatively, you can try logging to safe mode window. As you start the computer keep tapping the F8 key on your keyboard at the sametime. You would reach a screen to choose from different boot options. Select safe mode(you would have to use the arrow keys in your keyboard). Log in with the usual username and password. If it logs in, you might see a black window with large icons. Don't worry. Go go start, control panel, user accounts, and create a new account. So you can use the new account. Restart the computer and login to the new user account. You should be good. Make sure the account you create should be an administrator. Later if you want you can delete the user account that you have been using before. You can delete it from safe mode again by going to control panel, user accounts.
