KXTD816 Panasonic telephone - lost phone connection

Good thing. You probably don't need to know. Try powering the system down, and power it back up. Watch the lights as it comes up.
Do you get a solid light on the lower right side of the cabinet? Now see if you can dial intercom to intercom calls. Press one of the line buttons and see if it lights up. If it does, I'd be looking for dial tone at the telco interface. Those are RJ-14 jacks (2 lines per plug).

P.S. The reset button you don't want to press is on the lower right side of the cabinet. If the switch is in the wrong place, you'll trash the memory.

My cordless is lock how this phone lock is open

I suggest you contact Panasonic on line at panasonic.com or call their toll free service line. You can always remove the battery from the phone and make sure the phone is "dead", then reinstall the battery to see if the memory for the dial lock has gone back to the factory setting.
Good luck

One line doesn't work at all

Line a line is dead? At the system you will see a port labeled line 1 and a port labeled line 2. swap them. That will prove if the line is dead or if the port of the system is dead.
