Question about Epson C64 InkJet Printer
It was working fine, then I tried to print an application form and only the color parts printed, no black at all. The black is not light or spotty, just no evidence at all on the paper of black ink. The cartridge is only a week old, ordered from Epson. I took out the black cartridge, shook it and replaced. There is ink in the cartridge and on the receiver part below it, but still no black printing. Printer works fine other than that.
Sounds like the JEt for the Black might have clogged or the print head has malfunctioned.

I have an HP Photsmart C4100 printer. I purchased remanufactured ink cartridges (both black and tri-colored) from Vivasmart. The black one works fine, but when I installed the tri-color, I got an error message that says "Print cartridge problem" The following print cartridge has a problem:
Tri-color. And I can't print. The screen on my printer says "Remove and check color cartridge." I have done this several times and it still won't print. I have turned off the power, removed the cartridges, and unplugged the unit, but it still didn't help. Any suggestions?
