Have you pressed the "connect" button on the mouse and keyboard, they will be underneath the devices.

It's brand new. Bought it off ebay. Got it hooked up to computer windows vista. It will print but it won't copy or scan. All I really need is the copy but it won't. it prints fine

Did you run the installation CD that came with it? That installs all the drivers, which include scan, copy and print. Vista installs generic print drivers, which is probably why you can print. On some printers, the copy and scan commands run from the printer control panel, sometimes via the installed software.

Incidentally, Vista was one of the most hated versions of Windows, only slightly in front of Windows Millenium Edition! You should try Win7, 8, or 10. They are far superior.

Powers up and asks for code?

Dave, Do you have the owner's manual for the radio, and if so have you tried to input the number code they have exampled in the manual? The guy you bought it from did get into the procedure for setting up a security code - - he may not have gone as far as completing the task but from the owner's manual instructions it appears he went far enough and then maybe disconnected it leaving it in "CODE" display. If you need the manual I can send it to you privately, just drop me an email. premtech@willapabay.org And as a last resort you could try calling Kenwood support 800-536-9663. They may be able to send you the backdoor code. Hope this helps! Bill

I bought my packard bell easynote i cant do anyting because it when i try to find the driver it just say standar VGA card , the camera dont even work. what can i do ? can i download/find these...

> I bought my Packard Bell EasyNote.

From which store?

The preinstalled copy of Windows should have the correct device-drivers for the camera & video-card.

Reinstall Windows, from the supplied "System Recovery" set of CD/DVD disks,
to reload those device-drivers.

Or, if it brand-new, take it back to where you bought it, and exchange it.

I need a macintosh driver for this keyboard

According to the specs of the keyboard and mouse you can not use them with a Mac, so there is no driver.
Any drivers that you would have needed should have been a CD within the original package.
Here is the required OS: Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition , Microsoft Windows 2000 / XP

My remote will not work. never has and i bought it brand new.

Check and make sure the battery is installed in the remote. If it is installed, check for the correct installation. If this is correct, replace the battery. If it still doesn't work, you might have a faulty remote.

Hi I bought Microsoft Wireless Entertainment Desktop 7000 Keyboard Mouse and Microsoft Notebook receiver v2.0 but the problem that this receiver is not for this keyboard and mouse. where i can buy receiver...

Hello, Welcome to fixya.com

Sorry to hear that your do not have a matching receiver for this set.
The type of transmitter in this set is not compatible with just any actually its programed just for that keyboard mouse combo, However have you tried ebay.com?

See the transmitter in this unit is not like any remote control type of thing so what your thinking of will not work. You could call microsoft with a part number of ther set and see if they could get you a replacement but there is no gaurentee's.

Thanks,

Wireless mouse and keyboard issues

If you have both sets of keyboard and mouse plugged in, turn off the computer and remove the old mouse and plug in the new mouse. Reboot and if necessary use the keyboard to login. Once windows is loaded let it detect the new mouse and then shut down again. Take out the old keyboard and reboot. You should now be able to use both new pieces without problems.
