Question about Sony SDM-HS75P/S 17" LCD Monitor
SDM HS75P model has no fuse. I recently had the opportunity to open one. It was a long shot in the dark having without any documentation or service manual.
Need more details about your problem. Does the power light come on and if so, what color. If not then first thing to do is to check the power cord. If you're not a tech then ask someone to repair it for you.

Could be the power supply like you said and the most obvious things to check when its open is the small fuse on the power supply or any capacitors which are buldging which are faulty.
This is for lcd monitors which have a built in power supply or if you dont know they use the kettle type lead =].
