it needs net connection, if u alredy have net connected, save your settings, go 2 internet options save your using sevice eg: Aircel pocket internet, vodafone mobile connect, airtel GPRS search your available server and save the settings, or call your customer care and tell them 2 send the gprs settings, after saving the settings, switch off your mobile and after a minute, then use it. after this if it is not solved there will be a problem in your software, re-install and use.

Hi, you are just resetting the setting of your mobile by typing *#7780# instead of freeing up memory of your phone by deleting some files. You can also format your phone by going in the settings option and select restore factory setting and select the option reset all. This will format your phone but you need to backup your contacts and any important files before doing this.

How do I use the internet with Vodafone GPRS? It is just not happening. What are the settings? I use HTC P3300.

It is very simple to activate gprs in the phone
1. talk to ur customer care, tell them to send GPRS settings, when u will get that, open that msg and when u will go for options then there is a option called "SAVE the settings"

2. Save that settings, it will automatically saved in the appropite place no need to bother about that.

3. now browse internet explorer and enter the proper url and here it is ready to serve.

Gprs

You need to get the Settings for Internet/Wap and MMS from your service provider. These settings are usually sent as a text msg. When you receive the msg. choose save or install on your phone.

Samsung SGH-D500

You need to get the MMS settings from your service provider.
Call them, they will give you a pin number and send you a txt msg, when you receive it press the "save or install" options, then enter your pin when requested. That's all.
! Multi Media does not always work between networks !
