Question about JVC GZMG435AG Camcorder
I am using a JVC Everio 30GB camcorder. I thought it was as easy as saving the videos to the hard disk, plugging in the USB cable into my computer, and uploading my videos. It's not.
When I click on the F or E drives, it tells me to "insert a disk into F or E drives," or "the program is not supported." What's going wrong?
it seems u have not installed the software onto your computer. just install the software for your camcorder with the help of a CD that u might have recieved along with the it. then plug it through USB and its ready to transfer the videos.
good luck and do not forget to rate this solution.
thanks for using FixYa
