Question about Whirlpool Gold White-on-White 21.9 cu. ft. Conquest Side-By-Side Refrigerator with Ice and Water GD2SHAXLQ Side by Side Refrigerator
Recently we find water on the floor under the refrigerator. Water is draining inside the freezer (ice on the floor of the freezer) and onto the floor. The drain pan under the refrigerator is dry. I conclude that the drain to the drain pan is blocked and water is backing up into the freezer. How do I get to the drain line and clear it?
There is a drain hole in the back of the freezer on the bottom. Get back there with some hot water. Most of the time it is just lime build up. Unless you know what feel back there. Another way is to move the freezer out and from the back side you can see the drain line. It just pulls right off
