Question about HP Laserjet M2727nf Multifunction Printer
Sounds like the drum is bad. Replace the drum with a rebuilt or new, and these lines will go away. Might want to take it to a tech, or have them come in and clean it as well. Toner everywhere in the cartridge area makes for messy prints. If you attempt it yourself, take the cartridges out, unplug from the wall. Use only the plastic ends on your vacuum sweeper and either brush the ink to where it sucks up the hose or use just the suction to get the dry ink out of the printer. Once clean and new drum installed, your printer hopefully will give you quality prints again.
