Question about Campbell Hausfeld 13 - Gallon Air Compressor
I have a 13 gallon compressor WL650101AJ. There is a drain plug on the bottom..I can hear fluid swishing inside body of compressor. Should I undo the plug at the bottom..I started to but a black fluid came out?
Open the plug at the bottom of the tank while the compressor is on so that it will blow out all the crud. The black liquid is the gunk from the oil in the compressor and staknant water. When the crud stops coming out and you herar just air, you should close the valve and you are set to go. You should drain this tank al least once a month if you use the compressor a lot. I hope this helps. Don't forget to rate my answer. Thanks.
