Question about Nortel Norstar 16-Line PBX Speakerphone
When we call our voice mail the message we get is "This mailbox is not accepting messages good by." Any help on why this is happening and how we can change it would be great.
Make sure that your mailbox has been set up by changing the password and recording a name for the company directory. if its an existing mailbox it could also be full.
