Question about Logitech Cordless Mouse
This is my second Logitech cordless mouse (Ex110) set.. when new batteries are installed it goes haywire, all over the screen even if you are not using it, then the batteries run out after 1 week, my other mouse batteries lasted a month, I would replace it but don't know which mouse to buy.. the model number on this one just brings up the 2 piece set ( with keyboard).. any suggestions, Logitech was no help
Make sure you don't have any bluetooth devices activated near your wireless mouse or it will keep making it move all over the screen, killing the batteries. After bluetooth devices are disabled, take the batteries out and leave the mouse sitting for awhile without the batteries in their to let it reset for a fresh start. Them put them back in and see if it works. If it still does not work, un-install and re-install the software that came with it.
