i think its problem with your webcam drivers. for that check in device manager for your webcam. If the drivers are ok means it has to be there is in device manager with name webcam. check that for open device manager go to run > type "devmgmt.msc" and press ok
try reinstalling the driver for the cam. Go to my computer right click it, select properties, left click the following hardware, dev mgr, then right click the device and select reinstall driver see if that fixes it.

Webcam. Look for it in the device manager, probably under "USB
Controllers". When you find it, restore previous driver using "Roll
