You've done enough troubleshooting, you need proper tools to check it thoroughly, better bring your phone to service technician to check the software and hardware of you phone. It won't cost you much but atleast you would know the exact problem you have. If you still have your warranty, it would be better, if you don't have, be sure that it is worth to pay the cost of repair.
