Abnormal program termination

Sometimes my Picture It Program freezes up and I have to turn off my computer. The only way Picture It will work again without any problems is if I restart my computer. If I don't restart my computer and I just try to reopen the program I get a message that says "Abnormal Program Termination" and it shuts down.

SNAPPING A PICTURE SOMETIMES FREEZES THE CAMERA AND I HAVE TO REM

1). Download all you pictures on the memory card onto your computer and format the memory card. This will enhance the performance. Its possible too much pictures are there on you memory card and therefore the camera performace drop and hangs.
2). Clean the battery terminals as well as the terminals on your battery and fully it charge it.

Try the above and let me know if the problem still persists.

Are you talking about a communications program on your computer that talks to your Arista? Your question is unclear so I'm not sure what problem you're describing here. However, if you're saying you have a problem with a program you installed on your computer to communicate with Arista... then Un-install the program from your computer. Use the "Uninstall" option, OR go to "Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs" and uninstall the Arista program from there. Then REBOOT your computer and re-install the Arista program. Removing and reinstalling programs like this almost always makes them work properly again.
