If u a tech, try checking the PSU of the monitor for blown fuse or dead driver element ( typically a FET, Power transistor or an Hybrid chip) . U need to take the monitor apart, if unfamiliar, get it to a service tech.

You need a VESA mounting plate. The VESA Standard defines mounting interfaces, hole patterns and associated cable/power supply locations for LCD/TFT monitors. You have to install the nec driver for this monitor. I have the same monitor. Im looking for the driver now. There are 2 versions of this monitor with the same model # . You will need to find the driver to the touchscreen model.
