SOURCE: Can't print
Turn the printer power off.
Press and hold the button on the front and turn the power on, do not release
the button until the power is one. Briefly release the button and press it
again, watch the lights cycle. When the Drum light comes on release the button
immediately. This should print a test page. You may have to repeat this until
you get it right. If that works then the printer is OK.
mostly, if the printer is in good condition, this problem could be resolved by resetting the printer and re-installing the driver and its software.

It was my roommate's printer and he showed me that I had to hold the button (there's only one) down while turning on the printer and then press the button again. This sometimes causes the printer to print a test page and if left too long or turned off, the procedure needs to be repeated.

This unit might need resetting!
There's two ways to reset it
First: Soft Reset
1. Open front cover.
2. Hold down button located under LED's until all LED's are lit.
3. Release button and make sure drum LED is off, then
4. Close cover
Second: Factory Reset
1. Turn the printer off.
2. Hold in the circular button on the front panel of the printer.
3. Turn the printer back on.
4. When the DRUM light is lit by itself let go of the button.
5. Hold in the circular button on the front panel again.
6. Once the Alarm light comes on, let go of the button.
This will perform a factory reset on the printer.
I hope that's everything you want.
