Electrolux EWX14540W washer dryer error code E72

Washer is working fine apart from the start/pause button being temperamental. Won't always start. It also displays error code E72, anyone know what this is as it isn't in the instruction manual? Thanks, Phil.

Open the back of the washer and disconnect the water drain hose from the drum. Something you washed is caught in there blocking the water from draining... Once this is done your washer will run like new.

That is a generic error code - please reset the unit at the household circuit breaker for about 10-15 minutes, and then retry the unit. No difference - please consult a professional.

How do you ge codes on a electrolux front laod dryer?

* Wake the washer by pressing any button. * Wait 5 seconds. * Press and hold the Start and Pause/Cancel buttons simultaneously. * All LED's will go blank and after a few seconds the control will signal the stored code using audible beeps and blinking LED's. The control will repeatedly signal the code, as long as the Start and Pause/Cancel buttons are pressed. A two second pause between repeats affords you the ability to make accurate counts to identify the correct error codes.
