Question about Apple iPod nano
Got it from a friend who said it worked fine did not check it first duh!!, any way i plug it into my pc and it flashes the apple screen then the language menu, my comp. then says did not recognize the device, and it repeats this continually, any suggestions?? any help greatly appreciated
Make sure that you have downloaded the most resent iTunes program to your computer you are using...once you do that then plug your device back in....if it still does it....take it to an Apple store and they will do a couple of test with thier computers there and if it's something they can't fix they will send it off to Apple.
