Can't connect my phone,even after all software in installed

1. Download the LG PC Suit.
2. Double click the exe file to run it.
3. Follow the instructions given to you.
5. When installation has completed, the program will open and you can connect your LG Shine KE970 mobile without any problem.

you dont need the installation disc to put pics n music onto your phone.i just solved this myself go into menu-settings-connectivity-USB connection-change to mass storage and thats it.then connect usb cable.any more probs let know.

i cant find pc suite for LG ke970, due to that i cant connect my phone to pc. from where i can get the pc suite for that mobile.I don`t have cd to install
I cant delete videos from LG ke970

the software needs to be updated

You need to take the phone into your mobile center and have them manually assist you with this setup.

maybe you need a driver for the pc to go further on the software...so try contacting your mobile service provider and see if that helps.

The_Wise23 - delete and try reinstalling your lg usb modem if that does not work call your provider and see if they can assist you more.

chinesebox - the best thing to do is uninstall all lg software and then reinstall it.

for all other users un-install then reinstall

Mine keeps doing the same thing but i have the prada phone but mine doesn't even say connected to mobile it just says Cannot connect to mobile phone. Check the connection and nothing comes up on the test connection. ANYONE?? I NEED HELP

use lower version of windows eg 2000, got the trouble too tried this sent you this thro such connection. Vista prompts me to restart each time I attempt connection- wont the chaps say a word? DAVID
