Question about Epson Stylus 830U InkJet Photo Printer
I have an Epson Colour Printer 830u Stylus and the button next to the on button is red. I have put in new black ink and the red light doesn't go away. I have tried removing both inks and putting them back in and have checked the cords. What else can I do please ?
I realised that I had to replace both the ink cartridges even though I only wanted to replace the black for it to work. Once I replaced both the black and colour cartridge the red light went off. Thanks
