This should help!
Turn on the TV you are programming.

1. Press and release the "TV" button on your Universal remote.
2. Press and hold the "Setup" button on your remote until the button blinks twice.
3. Type in the 5-digit code using the number buttons. Most likely code for a Samsung TV is 10812
4. If the code is correct, you will get 2 blinks. If the code is incorrect, you will get one long blink.
5. Use the Universal remote to operate your TV (use Power, VOL, etc..)

I have a Westinghouse LTV-32w3 HD that I am able to operate with a Samsung AK59-00104R remote. To activate this, press and hold the TV Power button on the upper right of the remote while simultaneously typing "3" and then "5" in succession. This code (35) works for these Westinghouse TVs.

The codes for Samsung TV include 171, 004, 005, 105, 006, 012, 015,
017, 019, 104, 106, 172. These codes are required to program the
Innovage Universal Remote for Samsung TV. You have to check all of
these codes one by one. When you will enter three digits of the code
then if with the entrance of 3rd digit the LED light goes off then it
means that code has been accepted.

Step 1: Turn on the device you wish to program (TV, VCR, DVD) manually

Step 2: Press and hold the button for the device you wish to program for more than 3 seconds, the red LED will illuminate indicating that the remote is ready to accept a three digit code.

Step 3: Enter the first three digit code listed below within 30 seconds, the red LED will shut off indicating that the remote is programmed.

Step 4: Press the ON/OFF button to verify correct code entry. If the device shuts off then no further programming is required.

Step 6: If the device does not respond, repeat steps 2-5 using a different three digit code.

Samsung - 043, 048, 054, 057, 062, 073, 074, 075, 078, 080, 089, 092, 097, 104, 112, 117, 118, 125, 131, 139.

Try to programming the remote by using Automatic code search.

Hi! try these steps.. I hope it helps..

1. Turn on the TV.
2. On the remote control, press and hold SET
until the LED blinks twice, then release SET.
NOTE: The remote control will exit programming if
more than 10 seconds elapse between key presses.
3. Enter the first four-digit code for your TV. If
you perform this procedure correctly, the LED
will blink twice.
NOTE: If the LED emits a long blink, the code is
invalid. Repeat steps 2 through 3 and try entering the
same code again.
4. Aim the remote control at your TV and press
POWER once.The TV should turn off. If it does
not respond, repeat steps 2-3, trying each code
for your brand until you find one that works.

The code for samsung tv are:

Samsung 0060, 0030, 0178, 0019, 0056

I would suggest trying the following steps:
1. Turn on the tv. On the remote control, press "tv" once. 2. Press and hold the "set" button until the red LED blinks twice, and then release "set." 3. Enter the digits (using the keypad on the remote) "9-9-1." The LED should blink twice. 4. Aim the remote at the tv and slowly alternate between pressing "power" and "tv." Stop when the tv shuts off. 5. When the tv turns off, press and hold "set" until the led blinks twice, then release the button.
This is to program the remote for your tv. If you want to program another device into the remote, use the same steps but, instead of pressing "tv," press the key corresponding to the device you want to control. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Der Strom
