Question about JBL CREATURE II Computer Speakers
I want to hook up a JBL factory ford crown victoria stereo amp. in my custom vehicle.I need to know the wire colors for the inputs and outputs. Also if you can tell me if the input or outputs are sheilded Thank You

See you CPU's backside you will find two different speaker input saket (in green ,yellow or pink) fix your speaker pins in their colors and the speaker will work

Yes - this could be the solution: on the little speakers, one has silver buttons on either side (they look like screws). Push the plus sign, Might I comment that these speakers are really inferior to my sound sticks that I have at home.

Buy a power adapter from radio shack or similar place. You need a 1000mA 12 volt dapter. Just make sure it is rated @ or above 1000mA to avoid the adapter heating up and possibly burning. The whole setup is rated @ 850mA wich 1A(1000mA) should handle with enough head room. But it might run you about $15-20. I would just buy a cheap radio with rca inputs/aux input and use that. I got one from Walmart for around $40 and it plays CD's & AM/FM.

They run @ 12 volts 850mA. So an adapter with center pin positive at around 1A(1000mA) would give it enough "headroom". This means it would run cooler and last you longer. Amperage consumption is determined by the power it is producing, how loud you are playing the setup.
