Question about Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
Somehow there is an installation going on in my pc, it asks to have to insert the document viewer but I have no idea what that is i tried to unistalled it, but it requires some numbers that i don't have since i never started this installation since this is going on I can not install any thing else out side from paying someboby what else can i do. thanks for any help.
The program that is downloading is an update (HotFix) from Microsoft. Its up to you but .NET will not hurt anything and you need it sometimes for other programs. But if you want to uninstall it, do a CTRL-ALT-DELETE, then click on applications or processes tab. Click on .NET, then right lclick and stop it. Then you can uninstall from control panel. If you have any questions let me know.

Right Click on task bar & go to task manager. go to application tab. check for all running programs and stop them by clicking on END TASK button. Restart the pc and see whether installation re-appears.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
