Hi on my new Kenwood Prospero+ model khc29h0wh (but applies to all) I had same problem: dough mixer and high speed mixer working, but "medium speed" food processor and Juicer not working.
After lots of time I realised... the lid of the Juicer/Processor actually locks in three different positions, but only one of these (with the handle corresponding to a mark) actually locks lowering a white plastic security prong that activates the switch. It is the position in which the lid and container prongs coincide.
I am having KENWOOD CHEF MODEL A901D capacity 3IMP,QTS 3.4Ltrs purchased from UK around 26yrs back. Now it is asking some small repair please advice me your authorised service centre in Hyderabad,[Andhra Pradesh] India. Or any other parts of India. My E mail id is [email protected]
Found a kit on ebay for 9.99 which fixes the speed cntrol problem on 901 chefs do a search for kenwood motor repair comes with instructions you would need to be ok with a soldering iron
PLease advise what is the model of the mixer. If it is a Chef or a Major, it appears that the blades have not been fixed properly. Please push in till you hear a click
