Question about Logitech Cordless Desktop EX110
There does not seem to be a indicator of any sort
Your EX 110 receiver has 3 indicator lights (LEDs) that display the status of the Caps lock, Function key, and the Num lock during normal operating mode. These lights will also flash when the connect button on the receiver is pressed.
LED A: Indicates that the Caps Lock (Capital lock) key is on when lit.
LED F: Indicates that the F keys are in Standard F Keys Mode when lit and in Enhanced F Keys Mode when the LED is off.

There are many keyboard that don't have an indicator.
You can just push the caps lock button serveral times and see if there is any indication on the keyboard. If you don't see anything, then your keyboard may not have an indicator light.
Many times a wirless keyboard will have one. The light just causes the batteries to drain faster.

SOURCE: Cap Lock Indicator missing
You could turn on "Toggle Keys" (which is a feature in Windows XP) that
plays a high-pitched tone when Num Lock is turned on and a low-pitched
tone when it is turned off.
(Don't worry, the sound isn't annoying or anything)
To turn on Toggle Keys:
Open "Control Panel"
Open "Accessibility Options"
On the "Keyboard" Tab put a check mark in the box labeled "Use Toggle Keys"
Give it a try & see if you like it.
