No drivers needed for most computer operating systems. To view, add and remove files from the PMP283C-4, just plug it in to a PC using the USB data cable and look under My Computer for "MP3" or "Removable Disk".
The only software you might need is to convert videos to a format that the PMP283C-4 can use. The PMP283C-4 MP3 player plays music in the MP3 format... Many media players/rippers (free to download) will rip your CD to MP3 and you can then load the music MP3s to your player's memory by connecting the player to your computer with the USB data cable. (the player shows up in My Computer as "Removable Disk").

up by the micro sd slot..while plugged into comp..theres a small hole, use toothpick or paperclicp and push the reset in the hole..comp will then find the MP3 player

IDK ABOUT YOU ALL BUT WHEN I PURCHASED MY POLAROID PMP283C-4 PORTABLE MULTIMEDIA PLAYER IT NEVER CAME WITH A "SET-UP CD", I WISH IT DID BECAUSE IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO SET UP AND FIGURE EVERYTHING OUT!
