Most of the monitors have a function to lock the OSD to prevent accidental changes in the configuration of the monitor.
If you are constantly getting the message about OSD being locked and unlocked then it means that the OSD locking button is constantly pressed.
Usually it is the "Menu" button on the monitor which is used to lock the OSD.
Check if the Menu button is constantly pressed.
Hello, In order to resolve the OSD menu locked error: 1.You must reset the on screen display in the menu. 2.Hold down the Menu button for at least 60 seconds. 3.A menu list will appear on your monitor screen. 4.Using the adjust button, press the arrows to enter the menu. 5.Scroll down to the Reset section. 6.On the right side of your screen, you will see an alternating Yes/No choice. 7.When the Yes message flashes, press the Ok button. 8.The menu should be reset and the flashing OSD control message should disappear.

There are four adjustable options on the OSD settings screen: Lock OSD settings, Timeout, H Position, and V Position. To change OSD settings: 1 Open the OSD setting screen under the Advanced menu. See “Using the On Screen Display” on page 25. 2 Press the Browse buttons to select the option you want to adjust. 3 Press the Select button to check the option. To change OSD lock setting: 1 Press the Browse button to select yes (lock) or no (unlock). The setting is automatically saved when you change the value. 2 Choose Exit sub-menu and press the Select button to return to the OSD Main Menu or press the Menu button to exit OSD. NOTE: Once OSD is locked, all OSD functions including the shortcut buttons are disabled. If OSD is locked, pressing any button on the monitor directly opens the Lock OSD settings window so that you can unlock OSD.
