you need the right heat sink for the cpu that you are using for the board check on board for cpu plug in, then plug the fan in make sure that you have enought heatsink paste on cpu not to much just enought to do the job. if that dose not do it then the board is bad.

What makes 511-cpu fan not detected and 512-chassis not detected

Are you seeing this error on a system you built or a pre-built system? If it is a pre-built system, check that the fans are running. Next check where the fans are plugged in, the CPU fan must be connected to the CPU fan connector on your motherboard. The chassis (rear case fan) only needs to be connected to the motherboard if you want the monitoring/PWM (modulated fan speed) option. If your CPU fan is powered directly from the power supply, change this.

If this is a system you built or recently updated the case, check your fan power connections, as above. Next check the fan speed. My ASUS board will give the "CPU fan not detected" error if the CPU fan speed is too slow. A different CPU fan will solve the problem. (I got my fan with the CPU; it works fine.)

I hope this helps. Please add a comment with more information about your system for more assistance.

WD52725 not coming on

it is not a common problem with this set. are you able to tell the pattern of the blinks.? is it (a)1 long 1 short, or (b) 1 long 2 short, or (c) 1 long 3 short. this will let you know which fan is blocked or has failed.a=Chassis Fan (above chassis) b=Ballast or Exhaust Fan
. exhaust fan is easy to see. ballast fan is hidden between ballast and vent tunnel.c= lamp fan, this is under the lamp. you can measure the yellow wire voltage on the suspected fan, if it is more then 1 volt the fan is bad or jammedlet me know whic one and i will post the part number

It means the 3 pins for that fan are not working on motherboard . I suggest you use the motherboard 3 pins for the chasis fan and buy a CPU fan with 4 pin setting that connects to your power supply ( much better current )

Fan error problem

you need to open up laptop and firstly check connections and lead to fan then check fan for dust and debris ,to check fan need to remove cover above it.check if fan freely spins if a bit sticky or stiff pull off plastic fan and clean off motor shaft.you wouldnt think so but hairs and stuff over a period of time accumulate there.with the pc turn on try to physically spin it .if nothing at all fan needs replacing.it could also be the power to the fan but this is unlikely for the mere fact that pc has detected problem in first place.
