When do these messages come up? Sounds like you might have a problem with spyware.

Uninstall firefox and get the newest version same with spysweeper. I had a lot of problems with firefox a few months ago and decided to try seamonkey. It seems to work better for my vista machine

Monitor turns off by it self after 3 reboot work o.k

sounds like you have a virus on your computer. scan your computer. you may even need some spyware.. They are very different things. Spysweeper is good, doesn't use much memory. You can download search and destroy. that is another good one.

After factory recovery sytem wont boot

Hi, there is a good possibility your hard drive has some bad sectors, I recommend downloading a utility that will check the state of the hard drive. http://www.seagate.com/ww/v/index.jsp?locale=en-US&name=SeaTools&vgnextoid=720bd20cacdec010VgnVCM100000dd04090aRCRD

You will need to burn the ISO on a working computer, then boot from cd and run the long test. If there is bad sectors the hard dive test will fail, then hard drive would need to be replaced. Good luck!

I keep getting a code 7 it says activation on this license had expired.the program is only registered to one computer i don't need it for 3.however i just bought this program in august on the 29th of...

It sounds like a license malfunction. If it was a legitimate purchase(and it sounds like it was) you should contact the seller to receive support for the license issue. This would be the most painless way to solve it.
Most sellers offer free tech support for their products if they don't they may direct you to the maker who could also easily help. So you should be fine there.

Windows host process rundll32 has stopped running in Vista System

OMG! there are tons of reasons NOT to use the geek squad. I get geek squad victims in my shop every week. This can probably be figured out remotely- but if it came from BB- I would just about BET it is norton, or spysweeper as the root of the problem, or perhaps an incompatable program on Vista. There might be a problem with the motherboard too- and checking on Dell's site to see if your unit is in warranty will yield a free tech support from thm if the service tag shows a valid warranty. If replacing Norton and spysweeper with a less problematic program like AVG FREE edition (which works a lot better and is FREE!) does not help- there are other cheaper local or nationwide helpers that can fix this remotely (like me)

Our spysweeper icon is gone in lower right hand corner of computer. opening windows desktop on lower left corner i cant find it. our code is ssfc-sbpe-aadh-cvir-kygi

Don't post your key on here.

As for your icon, go to Start > All Programs > Webroot Spysweeper > click on the Spysweeper program and drag it onto your desktop.
