Question about Alpine CDA-D855
I bought a cheap little tape player with an aux in on the front. quick ipod fix. i cant figure out which wires i need to cut and connect. i have an alpine cda d852. the new tape player is a xc4100. there are very few wires on the later model. can anyone help me wire my car for sound. im trying to spend as little money as possibl but im not used to car stereos so this could help out alot.
Ok, first off, NEVER CUT WIRES!!!! what you need to do is go to your local audio store ie. best buy etc. buy a wire harness. It makes everything so simple, just match colors. If your wires are already cut, then you need a haynes manual about $15.
