On your blackberry, go to the "Profiles" application. It usually looks like a speaker.

Once there, scroll down to the bottom, and click on "Advanced..."

Once there it will list all your profiles, highlight the one that you are using (probably Normal) and click your menu button. Choose "Edit".

You should now see a Facebook application listed, scroll down and open that. This screen now should show you want notifications you get when it is out of the holster and in the holster. You can change it to one of these options...

Tone
Vibrate
Tone & vibrate
None

Choose what you would like it to do, and then make sure you change the in-holster option also. You can also change how it notifies you with calls, sms, calendar, etc from here.

Hope this helps.

How do I set up an out of office message in Outlook 2010?

You can create part-time or temporary 'Out of Office' automated replies in Microsoft Outlook. These can be set so that whenever you leave the office, an auto reply is sent.

This is useful if you have a high volume of e-mail messages and are expected to reply to them quickly.

You can fully customize your auto reply in Microsoft Outlook 2010.

Launch Microsoft Outlook from the Start Menu.

Click "New E-mail." Click "Plain Text."

Enter the message for your out-of-office reply in the main body of the text.

Click "File," then "Save As." Click the "Save as type" list and select "Outlook Template." Enter a name such as "out of office" and click "Save."

Click "File," then "Info." Click "Rules and Alerts," then "New Rule."

Click "Start from a blank rule," then "Check messages when they arrive," then "Next." Set "Sent Only to Me" in the conditions list and click "Next."

Select "Reply using a specific template," then choose "Specific template" on the next page as well.

Click "Select a Reply Template." Choose the template you already created and click "Open." Click "Finish," then "OK." All e-mails will now have the out-of-office reply. Disable it in "Rules" to switch it off.

Hope this helps

I need some help and assistance with Micorsoft Outlook 2010. everytime I open the program or click send or receive.. I encounter an error message "Your IMAP server wants to alert you the following:...

It means there is a corrupt email file somewhere that keeps wanting to tell you about it. I would first explore the folder and see if you can find the bad file. The other option is to back up what you want and delete the emails saved, then restore the ones you have backed up. If that doesn't work, I would consider reinstalling the problem email with Outlook.

Envelope Notification showing one message

If you call your service provider, they should be able to clear it, provided all messages have been read and you don't have any voicemail waiting to be heard. They can send a "0" count through their switch (processor) to your device which will in turn clear your message waiting indicator.
