Question about Sony Cybershot DSC-T200 Digital Camera

Can't use the video function of my SONY CYBERSHOT DSC-T500

I can't use the video function of my SONY CYBERSHOT DSC-T500 with an 8 gig Memory Stick. The screen displays "NOT ENOUGH MEMORY ON YOUR MEMORY STICK' and is on Standby Mode. The camera function is fine except for the video function. Is there something wrong with my digicam? My memory stick? Even if I reformat the memory card and delete all files, the problem remains.

Please reduce memory stick size as 8 GB is too much for it and 2 GB would be fine in DSC-T500

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

If it is Sony DSC-T200 camera then use maximum 2GB memory stick as it can not handle 4GB memory.

Maximum Memory Stick size I can put into my Sony DSC-N1

Unfortunately, there is no way to change the internal card reader in the camera to accept higher density memory cards. You can find the memory stick compatibility list here: https://esupport.sony.com/perl/support-info.pl?&info_id=12 . Scroll down to the Cybershot N Series camera list. The maximum capacity memory stick is 4 GB memory stick pro or M2 Memory stick Pro. For the Memory Stick Duo, it looks like those have a maximum capacity of 2 GB.

I hope this helps.
