My s579 bobcat skid steer loader is showing the code M0414(engine oil pressure extremely low) but I checked the oil level and its ok.any idea what could be happening

Connect mechanical oil pressure gauge to check real oil pressure. If OK, replace old pressure sender unit. If actually low, are there leaks? Engine may need bearings replaced, or could be incorrect oil or oil diluted by excessive fuel/leaky injectors.

My troy-bilt snowblower will not start. I stored it right last winter. I filled it with fresh oil & gas two days ago. I've done the starting procedure over and over again. Added fuel stabilizer and seefoam...

Check to see you are getting spark at the spark plug. Take the plug out and put the plug wire on it and ground the the nut on the spark plug to the engine block and crank the engine and see if you get spark at the plug. If so then your carburetor has to be taken apart and cleaned.

My starter string broke on my troybilt lawn trimmer, how do i fix it

Disassembly of the covers and controls to that point will be needed. It takes a little bit of work, then you have to preload the spring tension on the recoil unit BEFORE you install new rope. A good little bit of labor involved....somewhat mechanically inlined?

On a flow-mate pump what kind of oil is in it

There is no oil in it, It's an electric motor. If you see what looks like oil in the motor, it's water and it's leaking in. Drain it out and dry it out, and fix the seal.
