Question about Alpine CDM-7835
I have removed the faceplate and cleaned the contacts as well..
If it's not under warranty, I would advise taking the face plate apart and checking for burned spots on the board and using compressed air to remove anything that is conductive that may cause a short in the face plate. The face plate should be really easy to take apart.
