The fuser assembly is not designed to be removed by an unqualified individual due to problems with high voltage and the sensitivity of the connectors on the bottom of the fuser unit.

SOURCE: how do you reset the

Only a qualified tech can do this. It's a safety feature since the fusers run hot and the maker's don't want their machines to start fires.

Message 450018/print/ID1

Based on the error messages displayed by the Oce 500 Colorwave plotter, it seems that there is an issue with the printer's heater module or temperature sensor. The technician's suggestion to check these components is a good starting point for troubleshooting the problem.

The temperature sensor in the Oce 500 Colorwave plotter is typically located near the heater module. It is responsible for measuring the temperature of the printer and ensuring that it stays within safe operating limits. If the temperature sensor is not working properly or is damaged, it can cause the printer to display error messages and fail to start up.

To locate the temperature sensor in your specific Oce 500 Colorwave plotter model, you may need to consult the printer's user manual or contact Oce customer support for assistance. They can provide you with detailed instructions on how to access and test the temperature sensor to determine if it is functioning correctly.

In addition to checking the temperature sensor, it may also be necessary to inspect and test the printer's heater module. This component is responsible for heating up the ink in the printhead so that it can be deposited onto paper or other media. If the heater module is not working properly or is damaged, it can cause issues with print quality and prevent the printer from starting up.

Overall, troubleshooting issues with a complex piece of equipment like an Oce 500 Colorwave plotter can be challenging. However, by following the advice of experienced technicians and consulting authoritative resources, you can increase your chances of identifying and resolving any problems that may arise.

Oce 9400 black copy

The Oce 9400 is no longer supported. No parts available and few, if any remaining people trained on them. The printer is over 20 years old. I would recommend getting a new one rather than putting more money into repairing something that should be retired.

What does error code 0820 on Oce TDS 100 stand for?

NTC Middle right of the fuser assembly. The NTC must be replaced. These are ceramic encased thermistors. Very expensive and easy to break. I recommend calling an authorized Oce technician.

I have a problem with my plotter oce 2436 its niot printing

There is no Oce plotter of that model number. Please look again on the front of the machine or on the Operating Panel and ensure you are not reading the serial number.

How do i replace the developer on a oce plot wave 300 ?

The replacement of the developer is similar, but now you require special software to access the tests to the unit and can't be done without them. Call an authorized Canon/Oce technician for parts and service.

Oce plotwave 300

This error will be caused by a jamb inside the cutter assembly of the lower roller drawer. Remove the two black Torx screws at the left and right sides inside the lower paper drawer. Next remove the galvanized cover. You should then be able to see the edge of the paper. Grasp it firmly with a pair of needle nose pliers and pull straight up and out. Clear your errors and commence printing.

Oce 350 plotter error code 22514

Check the harness to the fuser. Ensure that the fuser screen and wiring are not touching the heating elements.
This could be the Regulated Power Supply or the Spider Board. It might be a good idea and less expensive to get an authorized service representative to come take a look at it and verify which component it is.

Error code 08519 on Oce TDS 600 - looking for service code list

Sounds like an NTC in the heater is gone. The NTCs are ceramic and are extremely easy to break. I would suggest you get an authorized service technician to replace it. This might also be the entire fuser assembly.
