Please minimize color level and check does TV has correct white balance or do you see correct black and white picture?
If you see some tinted picture, let me know to help you more.

Please go to TV menu and lower color level control up to zero to see black n white picture. (without color picture)
let me know do you see correct black n white picture or have some tint of any color like greenish, reddish or blueish.

Good, it means picture tube is just fine and can produce good colors.
Now let me know what kind of colors do you want to see in TV, a little details would be helpful.

How can i perform factory settings on my Sony TV model KV-29LS0B. i want to reduce the RED color in the factory and increase Green color in the factory sittings.

There are two types of reset to TVs. The first is simple to do; a Hard Reset. The other is somewhat skilled; is a Factory Reset (System Reset). To make it a hard reset, just unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 15 minutes or so. If you do this by overnight is better. This procedure will make it a hard reset. If you want to make it a system reset [Factory Reset]; you have to enter its service mode option, and select the factory reset option. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts. Surf the site with patience. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/
Service mode entry, adjust and exit procedure to many popular brand TVs are given. Never forget to exit the service mode, after all adjustments have been done.

Color printing

Solution: Manually adjust color from the driver (Windows)

Manual Color Adjustment Follow the steps below to make fine adjustments to the color hue for the printed output. These settings will only make minor color adjustments. If more drastic color adjustment is necessary, use an image editing application.
  1. On the Windows desktop, click 'Start', point to 'Settings', then click 'Printers' (Windows XP: On the Start menu, click 'Printers and Faxes', Windows Vista Click / Select Start from the bottom left of the Windows screen, 'Control Panel', 'Hardware and Sound', and then click on 'Printers'.).

Note: If you are in 'Classic' view, Click 'Printers' directly from the 'Control Panel'.

  2. Windows 2000/XP/Vista: Right-click the printer icon, then click 'Printing Preferences'. Windows 98/Me: Right-click the printer icon, then click 'Properties'.

  3. On the Main tab, select 'Manual' for 'Color Adjustment.'

  4. On the Manual Color Adjustment screen, adjust each color individually to achieve the desired effect.

Note: This screen may vary depending on model.

Main factory color settings

You haven't supplied enough information to adequately address your problem. Color drives are not adjustable by the consumer and it would be risky for an inexperienced individual to attempt it. I may be able to provide more advice if you can supply a better description of your problem.

Projection t.v.

When you say Main color setting, Do you mean your trying to make the colors look better as there are no main color settings but there are main screen controls and this would give the set its B & W settings so then the colors look better. And theres main focus control that would sharpen up the picture. Ok first thing your gonna need to do is Get a service manual so we can find where all the adjustments are. You should ba able to find a service manual if you look in your user manual for a service station for hitachi. Now if your a tech or experienced with tv repair we can go over this but I need to know exactly you are trying to do first Thanks
