Every channel number has L/O beside every number even 0 and E except the weather channel, the only channel that can be heard or received. I don't have a manual to the scanner so i don't what or how to unlock the channels. I have tried all i know but no luck and don't even know how to enter manual mode. Id love if you could help me solve this problem and if you need any more info.
My radio scanner only has static except for the wx channel which picks up quite clearly...why aren't my other channel picking up clearly??? i need a manual for this also!!!

Here is the link for your scanner manual. In it you will find everything you need to change the lock out and also to inpout channels and what not
