Its the fault in the tv circuit board.get it replaced if underwarranty.as this is a major problem and a costly issue to get repaired.
Hi and welcome to FixYa,
A few dead pixels is to be expected but not the number/size you have described. Since to my understanding, the warranty would not have expired yet, it would be to your advantage to seek replacement or repair by any of their authorized Service Centers. This is because dead pixels would require screen replacement which is either expensive or hard to procure.
At this point, may I suggest that all your communications/complains with Samsung be documented and not through voice/telephone. Perhaps a registered mail rather than an email would be better. Additionally, it would help if you provide proof of purchase with date indicated attached to your initial letter.
Any attempt to repair the unit would void your warranty.
Pls post back. Good luck and thank you for using FixYa.
Does this Samsung TV under usual one year warranty or did you purchased extended warranty?
