Using OOVOO;connection worked for two weeks,then their video stop
Have Logitec STX video camera on both ends. Using OOVOO as the service, the connection worked fine for two weeks then their video quit working but the audio from their camera still works. They can see my image but I can't see them. When they test their camera under settings, it says another program is using the video. Have tried removing the program and re-installing with the supplied disk but get the same problem. Any suggestions?

After signing in to ooVoo Click on FILE, then SETTINGS. Next Click on CAMERA and after TESTING it , go to MICROPHONE and select it then TEST it. Then go to SPEAKER select it and TEST it. Then Save and it should work. Hope this helps. Bud

i had the same problem...u can use vpn connection to solve ure problem
but some times they close the vpn port also ...
if u are using etisalat u shouldnt have any problem with oovoo ...
but i had this problem with du connection and i used vpn ...

That is because you probably have the speakers turned up. Try turning them down. Its caused by feedback from the speakers. Its better to used the headphones. Hope this helps to better understand the problem. Bud
