I've encountered a situation on my acer aspire 3680 where in Windows 8 Prerelease, I had to download and install the proper video driver from the acer.com website to allow it to have full resolution. Maybe try this for the Bluetooth and video controller problem, if you can even see the screen in windows 7.
SOURCE: Hello. My ACER Aspire One netbook
I would suggest u to do a power drain before contacting a tech.
For that remove the battery and unplug the charger.
Hold down the power button for 20sec.
Put the battery back in and power on the computer.
The Aspire One is a netbook produced by
Acer; it does not come equipped with a CD ROM drive, so a traditional
hard drive reformat and Windows reinstallation is not possible without a
peripheral storage device. An external USB CD or flash drive will suffice, however.Difficulty:Moderate

Windows 7 is the very first operating system offered by Microsoft to provide a USB installation method support. With many sub-notebooks and netbooks shipping without DVD drives, USB flash drives and external hard drives are the ideal media for installing Windows 7 when an optical drive is not available. To install Windows 7 from a USB drive, though, you must first transfer the ISO, or disc image, to the storage device and make it bootable. Additionally, you must ensure your computer is set up to boot from an external USB device. Navigate to the Microsoft Store (microsoftstore.com) and purchase the ISO file for the Windows 7 version you want to install on the computer. Download the file and save it to the computer. The file is almost 4 GB in size, so it could take several hours to download. Shutdown the computer after downloading the ISO file. Download the "Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool" from the Microsoft Store. http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msst... Microsoft usb /dvd download tool installation filehttp://images2.store.microsoft.com/prod/... Launch the installer and follow the on-screen instructions to install the utility on your computer. Reboot the PC if prompted. Click "Start" then "All Programs" then "Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool." Click "USB Device" in the "Choose media type" window. Click the "Begin copying" button. Windows formats the USB drive and copies the ISO image onto the device. Wait for the utility to copy the image file to the USB drive, then disconnect the storage device from the computer. Boot from USB Flash Drive Connect the USB flash drive to the computer on which you want to Install Windows 7, then power on the PC. As soon as you see the initial logo or boot screen, press the "Delete," "F1," "F2" or other designated key to enter the computer's BIOS setup menu. If you do not know which key allows you to enter the BIOS, refer to the user guide or manual for the computer or motherboard. Navigate to the "Advanced," "Advanced Options" or other similarly named menu option. Enable the "Legacy USB" or similar option in the BIOS. Navigate to the "Boot," "Boot Menu" or "Boot Devices" menu in the BIOS. Enable the "Boot from USB" or something similar as the primary boot device on the computer. Save the changes to the BIOS and restart the computer. Wait for the computer to restart and boot from the USB flash drive. When the Windows 7 installer loads, follow the on-screen directions to install the operating system on your computer. http://www.istartedsomething.com/2008110...
