Question about Dell 924 All-in-One InkJet Printer
I can't get my paper to feed right into my Dell AIO 924. It goes in crooked and when I take the paper out I notice on the right lower side it's a little crinkled. Any suggestions?
I first wonder if you have children. if so, then open the lid and/ or look in the paper feed area for plastic tools, band aids, etc. (worked in tech support and once had a gerbil stuck in a printer by it's tail! OUCH!)
if you can't see anything, then take a letter sized piece of poster board and try to run it through, that should clear any foreign debris (such as paper clips or pieces of post-it notes that you may not be able to see) good luck!
